Artist State\u00adment<\/h2>\n

My paint\u00adings (acrylic on can\u00advas) embrace phys\u00adi\u00adcal sen\u00adsa\u00adtion. I paint the sky and the sea, because both can be felt on the skin; as wind in the hair, as water on the skin, or as weath\u00ader with its direct impact on our mood and emotion.<\/h3>\n

It may be a misty morn\u00ading at the sea\u00adside, that cre\u00adates a feel\u00ading of com\u00adfort in front of the seem\u00ading\u00adly end\u00adless expanse of the ocean, or a wave, that appears as invi\u00adta\u00adtion to bath in it.<\/h3>\n

Some onlook\u00aders might see a spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal mean\u00ading in the sky as a link to the divine, or they might asso\u00adciate the sea with the mythol\u00ado\u00adgy of the nymphs or with sym\u00adbol\u00adic eroticism.<\/h3>\n

To me, my art\u00adworks are about the sen\u00adsu\u00adal enjoy\u00adments of beau\u00adty. My motifs are inspi\u00adra\u00adtions col\u00adlect\u00aded dur\u00ading trav\u00adels, e. g. to Italy, or they thrive from my phan\u00adta\u00adsy, some\u00adtimes they are a sym\u00adbio\u00adsis of both. Cre\u00adat\u00ading a paint\u00ading is a vague idea, that \u2013 dur\u00ading the process of work\u00ading with a brush with a lot of instinc\u00adtive feel\u00ading, becomes the form of an indi\u00advid\u00adual motif.<\/h3>\n
